I would kindly like advice in the following matter. Due to economic pressure, I fell behind on school fees in 2023 and 2024 where I made an arrangement with the school to monthly pay the school fees that was outstanding, and the governing body approved my arrangement. With this in place my account was handed over to an attorney after the arrangement was in place. I send all the proof to the attorney and the school advised that I indeed did make that arrangement, and the account should not have been handed over. Despite paying the 2023 in full in July 2024 and still paying of 2024 they allocated all fees to 2024 and started sending me letters of demand. After sending proof and having discussions with everyone involved, they agreed my 2023 was paid in full and I just need to do the same with 2024 but still now they are threatening to blacklist me because they allocated to the incorrect year. 

In middle 2024 I moved my son to another school. We had a lot of problems where the teachers verbally abused the children in class in front of other learners the last incident the vise principal told my son in front of friends that he is a lost case because his parents do not care about him. After all the trauma they caused I just want to know what I can do legally with them for my son's trauma as well as the trauma and damage they are causing now.
