Good day,

 

I hope you are all doing well. Our residential complex managers just notified us that "Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (i.e. a parent or guardian) whenever they are on the common property. Children who do not have a parent or guardian actively present and watching them are not allowed to play in the driveways." Is this legal?
