I was found writing for someone at School and the university took to lay charges and thus I was charged with fraud. This happened on the 14 of November and the lawyer I paid managed to get me out through the backdoor by a prosecutors bail. In December, the learnership that I had offered me a job and my finger prints were taken for a background check. The results of the back ground came back as "Awaiting trail" now I cannot get employed. Please advice.
