Hi... The company I work for have not given me a proper increase... They have been giving me soo much added work that was not on my job description and have still left me at the same salary for a 18 months and have now still not given me an increase due to me moving over to another position. They say they can't offer me more because they don't know how well I will do in my new position?? Is this right?? Is this fair?.?? Is there anything I can do to ensure a proper increase.
