I have a divorce settlement that was made an order of court by the High Court, my ex wants to reduce the maintenance amount by making me sign a consent to go to the maintenance court with a variation.  If I do not give consent, can my ex force me to go to the maintenance court.  I want to keep my High Court order, but he wants to change it to a maintenance court order.  Can my ex do this without my consent?
