I had an incident at work where I slapped someone because he's been harassing me for months, disrespectful and tormenting me causing a very unpleasant working environment for myself. They now want to fire me and not taking into account how he's been tormenting me because I didn't report it. Only reason why I didn't because he is close friends with our team leader
