Good day.

 

I am invited to a disciplinary hearing; I am suspended and have seen all the charges and I am guilty of them. I would like to waive my right and not attend the hearing as I already know I am guilty. If I do not attend how is this going to affect my payments. Or am I compelled to attend the hearing?
