I took a salary cut of 10% when I accepted a new job offer, after resigning from my previous job. The new employer promised to adjust my salary after a six months probation which I have successfully completed in November 2021. When I was supposed to get an adjustment I was told the company doesn’t have budget. My case will be presided over by CCMA soon. What are the prospects of winning this case? Regards Anonymous
