I am 10 weeks pregnant and my employer has already been informed. Last year I took on another department, however this year in an email the manager said he would not be inclined to give me a pay raise for the incresed duties and would wait till I come back from maternity leave. I would like to know do I have any grounds to stand on based on this perceived discrimination?
Secondly a new manager has taken over and reviewed annual leave, I have been at the company for 18 months. All leave was approved by former manager even though it was the above days owed annually. Now they are saying that I'm over my allocated leave days and they would like to deduct it from my pay.
