Im a security guard working as a control room operator which suppose to get paid for grade C but get paid for Grade D anyways.. I urgently need advice please. I just got aa letter from work of a notice of incapacity enquiry : ill health ..now i have a disciplinary hearing in 3 days. It all started when they wanted to move me a young woman to a quite rough dangerouse site . i do suffer from bipolar which anxity goes with it . i got booked of by a dr for a week when i found out they moving me to that site for anxity he also wrote my work a letter . to cut things short they got a letter from HR which a my psychiatrist must fill in of is it my condition Illness disorder temporay or permanent can i perform my duties ect. My psychiatrist did write a report that i can perform my duties just at certain sites which is quite a dangerous area to work till 7/8 at night young woman alone that i will not be able to perform my daily duties due to my bipolar and anxiety exp my anxity would have a extreme effect on me .. Im a excellent worker for the company one of there best employees which they can count on and relay on im a hard worker always do more as expected of me always help out on other sites take often Extra shifts in my site or when they short on other sites Once i worked 11days after the other Its just certain sites which will make it for me unable to perform my duties.but there is alot of other sites they can move me to which all i already had worked at before im not unfit to Work like i said just at certain sites . I'm sceard i Will loose my job as im the only breadwinner in my house my partner does not Work.. Without a job i Will loose our place we live in and all that.. ?? What can i do what can i expect how can i prepare..i don't have a union to represent me or the finance for a legal person as i struggle financially already.. Can they fire me?? PLEASE I NEED ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE .. how can i go about i have all the dr letters and psychiatrist letters all the paper work statements i wrote the proof of chats between me and the 2 bosses ..please please help ..
