I have been working with the company for 5 months. They offered me a salary increase, and I accepted it. Two months past with the salary increase, but on the third month following increase, my salary was reduced again. They say “ I do not qualify for over time after my initial increase, and therefore over time will not be paid out to be in the future” do I have any grounds to stand on?

I would advise that you see a Labour lawyer immediately. Kindly note that disputes regarding none payment of salary/benefits may also be made to the Department of Labour.
