need some advice on termination of service. I started work on the 11th September 2017 last year and resigned on the 10 May 2018 giving her a full two weeks written notice. My boss refuses to accept my resignation and furthermore threatened to sue me should I leave now on the 25th May being my last day and said she will not pay me. She wants a full calendee months notice as from 1 June to 30 June as per contract. Im worried and not sure what to do as I am relocating. Kind regards Chantal
