My son is having a disciplinary hearing because he left work early at times and came in late at times. He was confronted by the CEO yesterday and the CEO told him that in his opinion he should be dismissed and was suspended and will now need to attend a disciplinary hearing.

He has a final written warning for being tested positive for drugs In August 2017 but went through rehabilitation and restoration and started working in November 2017.
Will this final written warning contribute to the above-mentioned allegation?
