i applied for a sales specialist position last year, before the interview i was told that the position would not suit me as it involved dealing with white people. i didnt go for the interview as i knew that i was not going to get the job. this year i found out that the position was going to be given to a white colleague who doesnt have the experience or qualifications for the position. his appointment was made based on the fact that he was white. do I have a case against the company even though I didnt go for the interview?
