Good day, I was dismissed on the 26/03/2022 I've worked for the company for 3yrs and 9 months I've been through the CCMA process and I've been waiting for my UI19 form since, every time I ask about it I get told by the manager that she isn't able to get hold of their accountant. Please help me

Hi I want to know I was dismissed on November this year and my employer delays to give me my ui19 and salary schedule documents

I worked for a creche and I resigned last year.I then found a new job which the contract ended in December of last year.I want to draw my UIF but the employers at the creche does not want to give my U19 form.They say I owe them money and I must pay that money before they can release my U19 form.
