What steps to be taken if company refuses to give u19 form or where do I go

I was working at build it since 2007 till 2020, but the old owner was bought out on 2016 and I stopped working on January 2020 but the new owner gave me my ui19 and I did claim only from 2016,nw the labour says I must claim from another account from 2027 till 2016 but my old boss refuse to help me coz they say the old account is still open he never closed it so they told him to ho and close it so he refused, I need help I don't know what to do I gone to labour more than 5 times no one is able to help me, pls help me

I worked for a company in 2018 and 2019 my contract expired and now I am unemployed. I sent them an email requesting that they give me a UI19 form, there was a response but later the email was recalled. I sent then an email again but there is no answer. I'm getting very suspicious and I cannot go to the company due to covid 19 restrictions. Please help me, I'm a pregnant mother with no income and need this unemployment fund to sustain my family. Hi there I've been asking for another UI19 form as labour department of polokwane they said they lots it and they need me to upload that form as I did appeal via online I'm starting the person who was helping me she's now saying she's doing a favour of giving me another form,my question is how many times must I submit? How UI19 must I get from the employer if there is something wrong on it/ missed placed my labour because the person who is hurting here it's me, not labour not employer Please help since July 2020 until to date I. I'm now in 3 months of my maternity and still haven't received my labour forms ...got an email from labour stating that they will address Mr within 14 working days where as of I can. Nolonger wait what should I do

have you resigned or have you been dismissed?

if you have resigned you will not receive a UI19 from your employer but if you have been dismissed one, should be provided.

if you are having issues obtaining your UI19 I would advise that you go and consult the nearest department of labour and request that they investigate the matter.

Hi I'm struggling to get my UI19 form from Servest Cleaning company... We've been retrenched 2 months ago and I have no money to go and look for another job. They keep on telling us that we can't get it right away.

what the employer is suggesting is unlawful.

I would suggest that your father goes to the nearest department of labour for assistance in this matter.

I was dismissed on 18 April an i went to CCMA an i received a email from CCMA with a case number an date of court we went an it was found as a dismissal so the official said that she must give me the ui19 forms she gave me but they were filled in wrong they say i resigned but my CCMA forms says i was dismissed so i called that they must correct it but they refused they said that i resigned please help. 😔😔😔

Previous company did not complete my ui19 completely.I have sent this query back to them 2 weeks ago.Hr said he is working on it and last Friday said he sent a query to payroll and waiting on their feedback.He said he cant do anything until they reply.Its been almost 2 weeks later i have queried the problem and 4 working days waiting on my ex employer to get feeding from payroll.This is rediculous.I am just waiting on the updated ui19 to submit my claim.I totally feel ignored by them and dont think he is doing follow ups with payroll.What can i do for them to speed up?

Retrenchment

•Retirement

• Dismissal

• Illness leave

• Maternity, adoption leave

• Reduced working time and

• Relief to the dependents of the deceased contributors

Hi I have been working in a company for 7 years recently got dismissed unfairly had a ccma case the only thing I wanted from the company was my ui19 form which money was being deducted from me but they are refusing after the settlement was done

I have been issued a letter of temporary layoff since March 2020 beginning of lockdown. The employer did apply on our behalf for uif relief fund. I have received my Provident Fund and wish to receive ui 19 since the company was operating with few staff during March and I have not returned to work and employer refuses to issue ui19.

I was work company but now is refused to give me ui19 form?
