Hi, my company wants to take away all (8 of us) car allowances and give us company cars. They also want to take away our cellphone allowance and give us company cellphones. Also 5 of us have never received contracts. We are all tied into our car and cellphone contracts and dont want to give up our allowances. Please help!!

This could possibly be an unfair labour practive relating to the provision of benefits. I suggest you query it full with your employer, after which you can approach the CCMA for relief.
