If a nomal manufacturing factory worker been ask to work shift where he normaly worked from 8H00-17H00.Is there any allowens to be paid for night shift work 17H00-02H00?

If I'm not mistaken, a night shift allowance is payable from 18:00 onward, up to 06:00.
So a night shift allowance should be payable from 18:00 - 02:00 = 8 hrs @ 10%

So for eg. if your hourly rate is,  lets say R 30.00, then it would be R30.00 x 8 hrs = R 240 x 10% = R 24,00

or 10% of your basic ...
