Please the following question

6 months Probation period

I work full time for a person., Im the only employee. Signed a conttrac on on 6 month probation.  After 6 month I resign with immediate effect. Now the boss want to claim from me 2 weeks pay for not giving 2 weeks notice for breach of contaract.

Is he allowed do do that

He gave me only 3 payslips in 6 months. Got pay every month but not paytslips.  Also no uif fund, said if I permanently enmployed permanent he will have to deduct uif. Is he also breacxhing contract now. Can he still claim 2 weeks monies,

No deduction may be made from your salary without a written agreement. He can claim damages for you not giving notice but he would have to approach the courts to do so.
