I've had my disciplinary and I've subsequently resigned with 30 days notice. They've now come.back to me to say they don't accept my resignation and they will.wait for the sanction. The outcome they want is summary dismissal and I believe that they've agreed to that internally. The chairperson for the hearing is an internal.associate. so they're trying to not pay me for October.
