Hi,

I was involved in a vehicle accident last week the 28th of May. At this time, my vehicle lisence disk has expired. The accident was to negligence of oyther driver, a delivery truck reversed into my vehicle. now the 3rd party's insurance seem to have a problem with that. Awaiting their feedback. What legal avenue should I follow to ensure that I am compensated for damages (R28 000-00) and my vehicle repaired?
