Hi I worked for this company 7years. Alway at work never stay out. I am a warehouse manager stock never short trust worthy. I got divorced last year October. My direct manager and I were always close he isn't based in Cape Town. We worked well together, after my divorce he started becoming very out spoken in the sexual nature I would laugh it off because all of us will make joke not in that way but we will. If he contacts me he would start speaking about sex and how I need it. I still didn't bother myself but felt sick when he did. I would just say stop talking nonsense don't be gross. Then he would like send messages requested a dirty videos. Me that just went through a divorce this is my only source of income as a single mother and takes care of my mother got so scared thinking what if I don't send or reply. The first few times I did. I didn't want to report nothing I felt dirty and ashamed I will send the picture and he would go on and on about things in that manner I would just say I can't talk right now. I started not becoming sick to a point we're I don't eat or sleep my mother started getting worried loosing weight fast. Then I tried avoiding him not want to report missing meetings and etc. Then he one day took me to HR keeping in mind for 7 years I have never been taken to HR. This informal hearing was because I don't pick up the phone and report my day planning to him. I just sat there it was like everything was falling apart. It like something inside me snapped because this disgusting human being would report me for that his a pervert that's in a high position and abuses his power. Immediately after that I called my ex and started crying and I couldn't stop. I would like to know is it too late to take him on please advise keep in mind I didn't report to HR
