I need urgent assistance. My daughters biological father has been out of the picture since 2018 and has had no contact since. I applied for school fee exemption at the school and they are considering my application incomplete due to the fact that they want my husbands documentation to consider the exemption. He is neither the biological father, nor has he adopted said child. I have sent in all the forms required from myself at the beginning of the school year and they have now come back to me 2 days ago saying the application is incomplete. I am at a loss because I am solely responsible for said child and require the exemption.
