A previous employer in the metal industries never registered me for a provident fund with MIBFA i worked at the company for about 6 years and they never deducted any provident fund money from me nor did they pay anything. As far as i understand only certain employees had a provident funds not everyone. From the research that I've done i have come to the conclusion that it is compulsory for a company that is registered with the MEIBC to register their employees with MIBFA and they should have a provident fund. Is there anything that i can do about this matter?
I've been working 3 weeks for this company. I resign and now the previous company don't want to pay me for that 3 weeks. My contract says I must work a notice period and I didn't cause I had to start with the new company. Now he refuse to pay me, what can I do?
