My business is named XY Digital Marketing has recently moved into a new area in South Africa. Another company in a close by area as me is offering the same services is called XY by Z. We both are generally known as "XY".

The other business has been around longer than we have (not by much) but we have been a fully registered company, for 2 years longer than they have. We have also registered a trademark a few months back and are waiting for the result of it. 

Do we have any legal recourse? People and clients are getting our businesses confused as both come up when searching for our business name.
