Good day.

I am a Senior technician for a IT company.

I have been working there for almost 3 years.

I was brought in last month for a hearing and was told they want to demote me from Senior technician to Junior.

I brought in this year alone over R1 Mil for the company.

I am a workaholic and cannot say no to work.

A lot of times I get called at night or weekends to resolve issues of other technicians.

What can I do regarding this situation?

I think it is very unfair and maybe if you transfer to another company, they will see your worth. Commercial Dumpster Rental
