Good day.

I got a salary increase in November 2023.

I had to sign a document stating that the salary increase would be in effect from1 Nov 2023 and back pay would be paid in December 2023.

I had to sign a letter to state I agree with the salary increase.

I got paid yesterday and my salary is still the same.

I did not receive the increased salary what was promised.

I did not received any back pay.

What can I do regarding this situation?
