Hi, we have a certified CCMA arbitration award and were told Sherriff could enforce the award. The Sherriff told us they don't have jurisdiction to execute once liquidation is in place. We need some advice as to what we can do, if we can do something to get our salaries paid. Liquidators are not giving us any feedback on the progress.
