Hi We purchased a used vehicle and paid in full. When collecting the vehicle no papers were given and nothing was signed. Was told that all registration papers will be received the next day. When driving the vehicle home we noticed an issue with the gears. We contacted the owner when we arrived home. He never responded. We called for 2 days without response. We eventually took the vehicle back on the 2nd day. We have asked for the roadworthy papers and DEKRA inspection forms but no response. Only response we have received is that money will not be refunded. We have been very accommodating in giving them 2 days to return the money. What are our legal rights regarding this.
