My grandmother died and appointed one of her daughters as an executor. She has 7 children and one of the children lived with her for 13 years with their 2 kids, that daughter is a single parent who also built a cottage on in the yard. The will is said that the share must be split among all 7 daughters, the daughter who is staying on the premises said she will buy the house and pay everyone an equal share. However one of the daughters claims she is sick and went to the attorney who drafted a letter and had it delivered to the premises without going through the executor , stating that she will move in that house in 2 weeks cos she is sick. Can she bypass the executor and make such a move

What needs to be done?

My dad has a estate in Sunnyside so someone claims that he bought that place thru Shariff but the was no change of ownership and the title deed is still in my father's name and the body corporate of the estate they have confirmed with the Shariff that the Nigeria guy didn't buy that place so that's why I need a government lawyer to help me to get my late father's estate
