I am looking for the piece of the labour law that states you may not limit when people may apply for leave. For instance, if you only allow staff to apply for leave 2 weeks before they want to go on leave if you only allow staff to apply for leave 30cdays before they want to go on leave
Whilst still having leave expire, as normal.
This really makes life difficult if you have leave expiring in Sept / Oct but you can't take it AND system does not allow to take in Dec when there is a mandatory company closure.
