Greetings

i am working as ward Councilors  PA under uMshwathi municipality. Yesterday the guuy came and ask me to write and submit to him a letter containing the reasons why i should not be fired from the work. i then ask him why should i write such a letter because i haven't done anything wrong  and no one ever reported anything wrong about my perfomance. Today he came after work calling me names threatening to slap me he even say i must not come to work tomorrow. but  i have not received any warnings  or lettter of termination. What must i do?

My boss yelled at all operations staff, told us we useless and kept telling us we are paid way to much for doing nothing at work. I excused myself from the office. 2 weeks later I was issued a warning for being disrespectful. Should I sign the warning?
