I contracted for a company for a year in 2017 and was working 40 hours a week when I went perminant I had to work 45 hours with no salary increase...I never knew the change was in the contract because all I saw was the salary was the same salary and signed the contract because they said there is no changes made to contract and lost my case because im educated enough to read..5 years later the company now wants me to do a position I was not employed for and saying now we integrating 2 positions to make 1 position..my thing is...is it legal as the people before me and after have back office/customer service writing in contract as there employed role and mine just have back office as a role of employment and that is what i was just doing..and is it legal to not increase salary for the second role now that I'm also doing because I'm doing both roles
