My employer has been paying my salary on the 25th of each month since i started working 

now they havent paid me this month yet and its two days later i then informed him that my lease is month to month and due to this i could end up on the street he then asked for my landlords number which she refused for me to give to him 

prior to this he did mention i should come for a disciplinary hearing but i was never given a date for that i was then removed from the work system so i cant login or anything so all these actions were taken without informing me 

i am also at risk of jail time because as per the maintenance  court i should be paying the maintenance  on the 25th of each month 

How do i deal with this matter am homeless and now facing jail time ?
