pls advise, I've just finished matric 2022 and had a part time job at a restaurant. Upon going back to work in January i had still money owing to me from the previous year.  After working for 12 more days in January the sexual assault, with myself from the owner started. I then spoke to some of the other girls working with me and they all said that the owner is trying and/or doing something to them too. A parent of one of the girls arrived and made a scene at the restaurant whereby the owner said that we must all leave and that he will pay us all, all our outstanding monies owing to us within a month, whereby we all had to keep quiet and not say anything to anyone that what has happened, while working for him. The month passed and I sent my sister to go ask him about my outstanding salary, whereby he said to my sister that he will pay me within 2 weeks.  2 weeks has passed, my sister contacted him again, where he then replied and said that he doesn't have any money to pay me and said that he is running a loss at the moment, as his restaurant was closed down, due to being in a residential area, without any license's. When my sister phoned him the last time, upon answering he misjudged my sister with an estate agent, with whom he is in the process of renting a shop in town to open the restaurant again..

Please could any one give me  some guidance as to what to do and/or assistance pls
