What does the Labour Law say about night shift work?

I am currently working night shifts at a hotel. I work form 10pm to 8am for 6 days a week and sometimes 7 days. 

I tend to the hotel alone during this time with little to no security. 

My off days and leave requests are always an issue as I am alone, and I do not have assistance (Bookkeeping)

I do not get a 'night allowance' nor overtime 

as I am the bookkeeper, it is expected of me to be able to work during the day also with being on shift at night. 

I requested to be moved to day shift as I am not able to work day and night. The request was denied, and they do not have a person in the evenings to attend to guests.
