Change to employment contract due to business needs changes

I was called in by the boss to be advised that her Labour Lawyer will be coming in to discuss new employment contracts as there will be a change in business policies. I would like to know what they can and cannot do?

Can I get more responsibilities added to my contract and current position without compensation?

Do I have to agree?

What can I do after being presented with a new job description that does not include a change in my salary or title?
