Good Day

I work on a basic plus commission basis with the commission earned being payable at the end of the following month. I have since resigned in this month and the company is now saying they will not be paying my commission because the company is at a loss although I have been achieving my targets. How can I take this matter further?

the CCMA has the required jurisdiction to entertain matters regarding unpaid commission.
