Hello,  I have been retrenched 

On the UI19 form the code for termination is 11 which is retrenched/Staff Reduction

I was given UI19 form with all my details.

What must I do now with the form?

Can I register for UIF on the ufileing portal?

yes, you may electronically. Alternatively, you may approach your nearest department of labour to make an application.
