I was dismissed in September 2020 and I have applied for Uif but UIF is requesting a salary schedule from me I have asked the HR bit no one is getting back to me first they say their pastel package is expired they can't access information but on the other side they have another company doing their salaries and my uif is going to be declined if I don't get that to uif any advise please I don't think that the company wants to give it to me and we did email them and gave them the form which must be filled in but no answer please help

This sounds like a very serious issue.

Your employer can be threatened with a complaint to the Department of Labour or even SARS directly as they are the ones who administer the UIF fund.

A labour inspector (appointed by the Department of Labour) is empower to make a compliance order that can be made an order of the Labour Court forcing an employer to comply with the terms of the Act.

My suggestion would be to approach the Deparment of Labour or even SARS themselves for the matter to be referred to a Labour  Inspector.

I got dismissed in 2020 December and I'm now struggling with getting the salary schedule for claiming my UIF as the employer has falsely captured the salary amount I was getting per month and I even contacted the HR and payroll as well but Im not getting any assistance. It's been a year now, please advise.

You need to get them to confirm that they are unwilling to give you the form and then go to the police station and write an affidavit and attach it to your application.
