I asked for my ui19 documents from precious company as its a requirement to claim uif. The HR lady sent it to me but my ID no is not there as well as the company cipro number. When I asked if she can fill for me she said I should fill the missing info myself. What can be done with such companies

The law requires that an employer do everything necessary to allow an employee to claim UIF.

I would suggest telling the individual that they must comply and provide you with a completed UIF form with all of the correct details failing which you could approach either SARS, who administer the UIF or even the Department of Labour.
