My UIF has been denied because the name of the company on the form the company sent me, is different to the name they are registered in,

I told them that this is the case, my previous boss told me to speak to admin about it, I did, and they are now ignoring me...

 

They deducted my UIF each month, so I feel I should be able to get it back...

This appears to be an admin error on their part. They must change the name to accurately reflect the name they are registered under and allow you to claim UIF.

 

If they don't then it might not be a bad idea to either get in touch with the Department of Labour or even SARS as they are the ones that regulate the UIF. A lawyers letter might also wake them up but that is something they definitely need to fix.
