Good day, I have noted your email address and your issue. I would like to inform you that due to the lock down the employer could be difficult to reach at this time to sign and stamp your UI19 form. Usually a letter to the employer will suffice if this fails a recommendation to the department of labour will be needed. They department will then make the necessary request in which the employer must comply once again this could be delayed due to the lock down. One of our staff will contact you shortly.
