I have worked for a company for 9 months and during this period I never received a payslip even though I requested the payslip. The company has since replaced me and only gave me 2 days written notice, still won't give me a tax certificate or payslip for all the months I worked. They also stated that unless I sign their mutual separation agreement they won't pay me my salary. Please advise what I should do.
