I am currently employed on full time, permanent basis. My employer wants to change my contract of employment to a 5 year contract. I still have 9 years before I retire. What could be considered fair compensation in this case?

Currently those who joined the employer before 2014 are on permanent employment, while those who joined after 2014 are on 5 year contracts. The employer wants to convert all contracts to 5 year contracts. The employer asked those who are to be converted to 5 year contract to submit their "expectations".
