Hi.

I have been working as a resort manager for 16 years without any WPE and i got a final written warning on the 10th of December 2017 for not being at work at 12pm on a Sunday.

Then i got a notice of suspension on the 4th of January 2018  and was forced to leave the premises immediately where i have been living with my fiance since 2002. We had no where to go and we have 4 cats two big fish tanks and a bearded dragon.

They charged me with theft witch i was found not guilty of in the hearing and was found guilty of gross negligence. Its been 5 days now since we have been forced out of our home. I earn a minimal salary and cant afford to stay anywhere else.

Im in Port Elizabeth Area and im seeking justice.
