My job is being restructured I have expressed my concerns to HR and to my manager and that I disagree with the change. I have put many processes in place to streamline the organisation I have had an open dialogue with her, she has even said she is very happy with my work.
I am expected to assist with interviewing my colleague and also assist with training my colleague. This new position traditionally within my company reports to my manager and is on the same level as my position also in other organisations in our company my position would cover a much smaller scope of work with this change.
The position was vacant due to a dismissal and the job title was different and reporting to me. The new position is a complete restructure of the organisation.
There has been no formal paperwork and I have openly disagreed with the change. What can I do?
