Advice on Possible Termination During Probation & Other Victimisation Factors

Employed 1 March 17, probation period was supposed to be 3 months. Probation was extended to end Sept due to the company not being fully functional therefore we couldn't be adequately measured on outputs. Probation Performance evaluation meetings were held to access performance. At the initial meeting it was stated that the minutes would be circulated, none were even upon me requesting the minutes. I didn't sign my second probation letter as I wanted clarity. HR who was typing an email to management and the HR Contract Consultant in my presence claims she never sent the email and called the HR Consultant in my presence, which isn't true. I about 4 months ago verbally addressed my issues with the HR Consultant regarding my feelings on being victimised by my Manager, his impatience and manner in which he responds to me, etc. She advised that going forward she will take the lead in the meetings and I must forget about my feelings and continue with my work, thereafter it seemed as though she was more on management's side then addressing the what I felt was unfair towards me. A recorded meeting was held end on 24 August 17 on my performance as the probation period is coming up and they need to serve me with my notice if I don't make a 180 degree turnaround. The meeting was supposed to transpire on the 14th but to date I have received no communication. I was intensely agrieved at that meeting, insulted and belittled. It was like I was in a disciplinary hearing. There was continous justification from myself which was ignored yet it's facts. How do I fully function at my job if our availability of stock is poor, our pricing is outrageous and I get very little support from my manager. Apparently there was 2 complaints against me, time frame of complaints wasn't provided. Further, I don't gel with my Team yet the HR Consultant when I had a meeting with her said I wasn't employed as a Team. My manager has revealed all probation discussions to a team member who in turn has broadcasted it to the entire company, yet the company's HR Manager feels there's nothing wrong with that and it's on record. Basically, I dissed improving my working relationship with a dealer that supposedly complained. He was stunned and taken aback and immediately wanted to know when the complaint was leverage, he immediately stated that they have no issues with me, not in the last 2 months and my boss should stop living in the past and that he will give him a call. He agreed there was a complaint but that was after the dealer convention at the beginning if June but then we weren't up and running fully. My manager favours my 1 colleague permanently over the rest of the Team. He grants him unlimited leway to do whatever he pleases, allocate addition discount's to obtain orders, etc yet I am denied giving discounts. He even chases his backorder's yet I get no assistance from him to push on emails from me. This team member belittles him to everyone, etc but he's the favourite and also feeds the boss with negative information. How do I handle my situation, the stress is excessive? Do I have grounds to pursue my case? Thanking you in advance for any assistance and advice.
