I would like to be assisted on this issue. My job description is changing due to company restructuring. My concerns now is that this new post always has crisis during and after working hours. My job requirement is to have a drivers licence and I have but now with the new job it seems as if they are making my car an option to attend to these issues after hours.

yes they are going to reimburse me, but my main concern is that my car insurance as it will fluctuate the premiums now if I need to add business use to it.

I have spoken with my manager telling her that I cannot use my car for the organisation, they must make provisions for such cases. I have a huge issue with using my car for the organisation as I am not insured by them. they are not even prepare to provide me with a cell phone to respond to these after hour call, I must use my own cell phone, and I will be reimbursed.

Can I refuse to use my personal entities for work/business purposes?
