I have just resigned after working for a company for 1 year and 8 months. Last time my payslip showed that I have 7 Leave days.
I accumulate 1.25 Leave days every month, I was asked to do a reconciliation by my manager and it turn out that the leave days that I took are more than what I need.
My issue is that HR mislead me and now I have to lose 5 days of salary because of this mistake . Please give me advice on how I can handle this issue
